I didn't start Shartega IT. I joined as the first employee in 2003. Before then, I was a network engineer for a Fortune 500 company, supporting large-scale IT projects across the country.
That work taught me what well-structured technology can do for a business, and how expensive reactive IT becomes when nobody is watching upstream.
